CycCenturion enables the management of case associated documents, emails, files and Case Notes for Professional Standards and Civil Litigation Departments. Cyclops EDM was specifically designed for ‘ease of use’ in the Police market and has proven integration with FIS’s  Centurion Professional Standards Case Management system. 

Alongside Centurion™, which will manage and record your cases, CycCenturion is the integrated document management module which allows you to capture and store all associated documentation including letters, statements, forms, and scanned or faxed images.  Additionally, any electronic image file type can be saved including fax files, emails, digital photos, all Microsoft Office files, CAD drawings, tif / jpg images.

A range of Toolbar facilities offer image handling, printing, copying, emailing and sanitisation/Redaction features.  The system includes a complete export facility for documents and Meta Data, capable of creating full electronic case files and a composite tif or pdf image file for permanent redaction or sanitising of information.

The system includes Meta Data searching of both Record and Document Meta Data and an optional Free Text searching module can be purchased, enabling word-searching within scanned images and type-written document text.

As with any system that handles sensitive data and documents, the built in assurances of CYCLOPS Business Solutions remain constant as ever: with audit trails , and permission enabled access enabled access.  GSA’s solutions benefit from a complete visual Version History and documented Version Control with document Check Out and Check In features.

 A range of template documents for standard letters and reports can be automatically generated with mail merge facilities and version contr ol to record all changes.

GSA’s Professional Standards Record and Document Management solution is currently used in a number of Forces and integrates to third party systems including Force Information Systems Limited’s CENTURION ™ Complaints and Professional Standards system.  

Additionally, the solution is used in GSA’s own SCANIT Bureau Service which undertakes Professional Standards data capture and forms processing on behalf of a number of Forces.
