Cyc INI  has been designed and developed by Geoff Smith Associates Ltd in partnership with serving Police Officers at West Midlands Police, with a design criteria of ‘ease of use’, ‘paper-free’ and ‘job-focussed’.  CycINI  offers a complete  solution for managing internal and external IMPACT Nominal Index requests.   The system is completely paper-free and for internal Requests uses an  Intranet EForm  with intuitive wizards.  INI SPOC officers manage all Requests from a single viewer screen which incorporates automatic template document creation, data and document storage and an automated WorkFlow email based approval process.

As with all GSA solutions, our CycINI system incorporates our Cyclops Electronic Document Management System, giving the assurance that all associated emails, files, scanned documents, template reports and images are stored with the Request record and are viewable by permitted users.  OCR and free text content searching proves a range of effective search facilities which include statistical generation for Requests.  Most importantly our Cyclops solutions are modular and are scaled to match customer requirements.
