The system comes with Cyclops Electronic Document Management with integrated workflow capabilities to organise and track tasks and requests.

 

This package will assist you to capture and manage information or intelligence from source. Allows you to allocate and track status, define Policy and updates and provides progress Reports. Manages all internal checking processes and includes Cyclops Document Management System to capture and store  associated documentation – crime reports, bank statements invoices, cheques, and other evidential documents, scanned or faxed images, photos, all office documents together with full audit trails.

 

Use templates for standard letters with mail merge facilities and version control to record changes. Complete export facility for documents and meta-data, capable of creating full electronic case files and a composite tiff image file for permanent redaction or sanitisation of unused material.

CycEconoCrime includes free-text searching (of both record meta-data, document meta-data and contents) that allows you to search and find information within cases and attached documents.

Create an EconoCrime RECORD Search For a RECORD Store & Manage all Associated Files and Documents

A Record is created: selection of Fraud, Financial Investigation, Cheque & Card, Money Laundering or Crime Desk enquiries enables appropriate Field display on the NEW RECORD screen.

Records can be created, updated and completed with the ability to:

  • create DIARY Notes,
  • create and manage TASKS
  • Email,
  • Print,
  • Create template letters and reports, (with merge facilities and full Version control)
  • And Export data (in a variety of formats).

Imperative for an Organisation is the ability to search for and find Case Records and Documents quickly and effectively. 

All the data that forms a Record is searchable by:

  • Free Text search (of all text within a Record (OCR))
  • Or Meta Data searching (searching of all data entered in each Field in a Record and all data about the Record's Properties).

 

Additionally the solution enables all Case associated documents, files and emails to be stored with the Record. Above all, CYCLOPS modular nature ensures it can be configured to suit.

All File formats can be saved in CycEconoCrime including tif, jpg, bmp, gif, pdf, sound or video, Microsoft Office Documents such as Word, Emails, all Email Attachments, CAD Drawings, or Text files. 

All variety of Paper Documents can be scanned using production-scanning capabilities.  Additionally the solution includes the ability to remotely scan from up to 3 locations (as standard) (with the option to incrementally extend to further locations).

For each Record JOB STATUS, DISPOSAL, SOURCE, NOMINALS and JOB INFORMATION is saved.

Complex query searches can be set up and selected by a Drop Down option. 

The Chapterise feature enables easy store and retrieval of a variety of formats and sizes, from single to multiple hundred pages.  

CYCEcono Crime offers a complete Case Management system for your Economic Crime team.

Search results can be filtered, exported, emailed, document-filter searched and highlighted with traffic light status indicators.

From crime reports, bank statements invoices, cheques, and other evidential documents, scanned or faxed images, to photos, and all office documents. 

For Managers, the system offers Asset Tracking and management of Financial Statistics and internal checking processes.  Additional check fields generate statistical return data.

There are also extensive Document search facilities that enable Property, Meta Data and Free Text (OCR) searching.

Full audit trails and configurable security access is a standard CYCLOPS feature.  For all stored documents, a complete Version History exists.

WorkFlow Tasking:  the system comes with Record & Document WorkFlow capabilities, to organise and track Tasks and Requests.
