CycFirearms is a Software Tool from Geoff Smith Associates providing integration to NFLMS with local storage of NFLMS Record data and Images/Documents.

System Details:

Geoff Smith Associates' CycFirearms solution integrates to NFLMS through a codeless integration that enables the retention of data, related Document images for the National Firearms Licensing Management system. Buttons on the NFLMS Toolbar enable a *codeless integration to Cyclops and provide direct Toolbar access to Scan related paper documents such as Certificates, photos, View Records and Documents and Add Files such as photos and emails. There is no need to print and scan paper documents as an NFLMS Print Button enables a user to swiftly store documents into Cyclops.

A Cyclops Record is automatically created for every NFLMS Person or Company from downloaded NFLMS data including address and certificate details. The solution offers the ability to store additional information and intelligence including archived or transferred records, legacy Addresses, Gun Clubs, Intelligence and Diary and Event Notes. As standard, the system includes Tasking and office management facilities. Tasking enables effective office management with overviews of when Tasks are scheduled, details of a Task’s history & completion, outstanding actions and Tasks requiring re-allocation.

Purchasing the CycFirearms solution will enhance the use of NFLMS providing additional system facilities including:
