Criminal justice
End to end criminal justice, for a whole jurisdiction
A business review across every criminal justice agency in Gibraltar, and the integrated applications that followed.
Gibraltar
From business review to integrated system
GSA was commissioned to undertake a business review of Gibraltar’s existing criminal justice processes, which ranged across multiple agencies: the police, revenue and customs, the Attorney General’s office, the courts, probation and the prison.
GSA undertook a complete business review, analysing existing business processes and providing advice, guidance and a vision of a fully collaborative, automated and efficient criminal justice solution.
Integrated applications
This included multiple integrated applications, such as:
- Intelligence
- Case management
- Custody
- Crime
- Minor offences
- Probation
- Prisons
- Courts
- Command and dispatch
- Property
- Road traffic collisions
- Occurrence book
- Person history
- Warrants
On the platform
The same engine as Case
The Gibraltar system runs on the same platform as Case and Intelligence: configurable workflow, document management and an audit trail on every action, from intelligence and crime recording through custody, courts, probation and prisons. A force or agency that needs part of that chain, or all of it, starts from a system already proven across six agencies.
