Streamlining Covert Authorities under RIPA, IPA and the Police Act
A set of Covert Authority modules to manage your Source, Surveillance, Prison Authorities, Equipment Interference, Undercover Authorities and Intelligence needs.
Covert is a set of intelligence modules enabling the authorisation, direction, capture and dissemination of intelligence relating to the covert policing world. The modules each connect and interoperate to allow your Covert Authorities bureau to undertake all their essential diligence activities.
Our Covert solution is Investigatory Powers Act (IPA) 2016 compliant, Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000 compliant, Human Rights Act (HRA) 1998 compliant and fully GDPR compliant. We provide a comprehensive set of Record and Process Management (RPM) tools to manage your own oversight of the solution and we work closely with the Investigatory Powers Commissioner’s Office (IPCO) on both the independent authorisation and independent inspection of your activity and data.
With role-based access controls and built upon highly secure technologies we are able to provide our Covert solution as both a cloud hosted platform in AWS and also on-premises where access is perhaps restricted. Our solution is continually monitored and there is real-time threat detection in operation in order to mitigate risks and protect persons.
Our Covert suite provides a fully integrated way in which to ensure end to end oversight of all your covert activities.
