E-learning
Self-paced modules for each product, so new starters learn the system before they touch a live case, and existing users pick up what a release changed.
On site
GSA trainers come to the force or organisation and train the team on its own configuration, request types and workflows, at the desks where the work is done.

Hands-on courses in the dedicated training suite at Bardon Hill, away from the distractions of the office, with dual screens and a scanner for every delegate.
