Audit Trail

From collection, documents and data are isolated, identified and securely maintained. For identification and tracking purposes they are indexed and labeled using Bar Code Box Tracking software. GSA applies barcodes at box and/or file level and this process enables automated tracking from start to finish. The Tracking enables Box tracking, File tracking, Files scanned, File Location, Files Exported, Files delivered, File un-scanned, and Files Delivered. Reports can be produced on any of the above variables.

I was also impressed by the extent of the IT support provided, which was also fully described during my initial consultation.

I delivered a considerable quantity of documents to the premises, where Joe and his colleague Laura JACKSON were waiting to receive them. The service there was extremely polished with all items being handled swiftly by them and the relevant administrative documentation completed to as they did so.

The time for completion of the service was 20 days in total and this had included a further submission of additional documents by me, a week into this time period and as I was unable to collect the material, it was delivered to my place of work for me, by Joe and Laura, some three hours journey time from their offices.

I received explicit and easy to understand instruction on how to use the encrypted thumb drives, supplied with the data stored thereon, together with the GSA software to enable me to search and view specific material within.

Overall the service has been extremely professional and I would recommend this company for any large scale scanning project. Oh, and I was provided with a cup of tea when I delivered my material, to top it all off!
